It is our hope that you and your pets will enjoy the comfort, increased play time and style that our customers have come to expect from Totally Pawsome™. Totally Pawsome stands behind the quality of our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will replace any unopened, unused merchandise you receive that is damaged or defective within 10 days of shipping. For sizing errors on non custom merchandise, exchanges may be made if the garment does not meet the specifications. Returned items must be salable and show no signs of use or damage in any way. Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser. Items marked customer order or special order cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. No allowances for sizing, color, etc will be made for special or custom orders. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Please notify your Totally Pawsome consultant within 10 days of the initial order and they will be happy to assist you. Or Contact Customer Service at customerservice@totallypawsome.com.

While not all inclusive, the following products are considered special orders or custom orders and cannot be returned:

  • Any item that is engraved or personalized
  • Custom apparel, custom collars and custom necklaces
  • Diamond and or Cubic Zirconia Breed Specific Jewelry
  • Silver Jewelry, pendants, bracelets, ring, cufflinks
  • Custom Bedding
  • Team Sports Apparel
  • Discontinued or Clearance Merchandise

Please notify us if

  • Product is missing from an order. (Note that the order form may indicate if an item is backorder or being shipped separately. Many custom orders are shipped separetly)
  • Extra product(s) were shipped.
  • Product arrived damaged.

You will need:

  • Product description and number
  • Order number
  • Reason for a replacement
  • A Totally Pawsome Account Set Up

Starter Kits:  Starter kits may only be returned within 10 days of receipt.  Returned items must be salable and show no signs of use or damage in any way.  Refunds will be issued for all items that are unopened and unused.  Special order and Custom items contained in larger kits cannot be returned.  Return shipping is at the expenses of the purchaser.
